Felipe Anderson’s equalizing goal for West Ham United ended up denying Huddersfield Town from making it a consecutive league victory after getting their first victory of the season.

Unlike Huddersfield Town, Newcastle United made it a consecutive league victory after going winless in their opening 10 league matches. Salomon Rondon netted in two goals to help Newcastle United to a ‘2-1’ home win against AFC Bournemouth.

Souleymane Bamba scored in injury-time for Cardiff City to double their wins in the league with a ‘2-1’ victory against a 10-man Brighton & Hove Albion side.

(5 defeats and a draw)Crystal Palace went 6 league matches without a win after a ’1-0’ defeat at home to Tottenham.

An emotional home game for Leicester City ended in a stalemate with Burnley. It was Leicester City’s first game at the King Power Stadium since the tragic death of their owner/chairman.

Three teams are threatening Arsenal’s 2004 ‘invincible’ season. Manchester City, Liverpool, and Chelsea remain unbeaten in the league after 12 matches.
Fulham is locked at the bottom of the league table after an expected ‘2-0’ defeat to Liverpool.
Arsenal and Chelsea stretched their unbeaten run in the league after getting a point at home in their respective matches. Chelsea was held to a goalless draw by Everton while Arsenal had to get a late goal to avoid a defeat against Wolverhampton.

Manchester is Blue – Manchester United fell 12 points behind their city rivals after being out-classed in the Manchester Derby.
Manchester City comfortably come out victorious in the Manchester Derby to remain unbeaten in the league and top of the standings after a ‘3-1’ win over Manchester United. Sergio Aguero’s match winning goal made him the leading scorer in the league with 8 goals.
